Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using ParFin.
The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions.
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions:
Application means the software program provided by the Company downloaded by You on any electronic device, named ParFin
Application Store means the digital distribution service operated and developed by Apple Inc. (Apple App Store) or Google LLC (Google Play Store) in which the Application has been downloaded.
Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to Furkan PARLAK, Ankara Yenimahalle, 06370 Yenimahalle/Ankara, Türkiye.
Country refers to: Türkiye
Device means any device that can access the Service such as a computer, a cellphone or a digital tablet.
Service refers to the Application.
Terms and Conditions (also referred as "Terms") mean these Terms and Conditions that form, together with the documents they refer to, the entire agreement between You and the Company regarding the use of the Service.
You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
These are the Terms and Conditions governing the use of this Service and the agreement that operates between You and the Company. These Terms and Conditions set out the rights and obligations of all users regarding the use of the Service.
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on Your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms and Conditions.
By accessing or using the Service You agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If You disagree with any part of these Terms and Conditions then You may not access the Service.
You represent that you are at least 13 years old. The Company does not permit those under 13 to use the Service.
Your access to and use of the Service is also conditioned on Your acceptance of and compliance with the Privacy Policy of the Company.
ParFin provides financial market data for informational purposes only. The data, quotes, charts, and other information displayed in the Application:
You acknowledge that any investment decisions are made at your own risk. The Company is not responsible for any financial outcomes resulting from the use of this Application. Always consult a qualified financial advisor before making investment decisions.
Market data displayed in ParFin is sourced from Yahoo Finance and other third-party providers. While we strive to display accurate information:

Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content or practices of these services.
Plans. The Service has a free plan and paid plans called Plus and Pro, each billed monthly or yearly. The features, price and currency that apply to You are shown on the purchase screen before You confirm. Prices can differ between Application Stores and countries.
Who takes payment. Paid plans are bought through the Application Store of Your Device. That store charges Your store account and handles Your payment details; We do not receive or store Your card details. The store's own terms also apply to the payment. The seller for purchases on Google Play is Furkan PARLAK, Ankara Yenimahalle, 06370 Yenimahalle/Ankara, Türkiye.
Automatic renewal. A subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period, at the price then in effect, until You cancel it. To avoid the next charge, cancel before the renewal date.
Free trial. Plus may include a 7-day free trial; Pro does not. Your Application Store decides whether You are eligible, and the purchase screen shows whether a trial applies to You. If You do not cancel before the trial ends, the paid subscription starts at the price shown. Apple advises cancelling at least 24 hours before the trial ends. Moving from a Plus trial to Pro ends the trial and Pro billing starts; unused trial days do not transfer.
Cancelling. Cancel in the store that bills You:
You keep the paid plan until the end of the period You have paid for, then the account moves to the free plan. Uninstalling the Application or deleting Your account does not cancel a subscription.
Failed payments. If a renewal cannot be charged, the store may try again and Your access may be suspended while it does. If the payment is not recovered, the subscription ends and the account moves to the free plan.
Changing plans. On Google Play, moving to a higher plan starts immediately and the unused part of Your current plan is credited as extra time on the new plan. To move to a lower plan or shorter period, cancel and subscribe again when the current period ends. On the App Store, the store applies the change; moves to a lower plan or shorter period start at the next renewal.
Price changes. A new price applies only from a later billing period. Your Application Store tells You in advance and asks for Your consent where its rules or the law require it. If You do not accept a change that needs Your consent, the subscription ends when the current period does.
Refunds. App Store purchases: refund requests are decided by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. Google Play purchases: Google Play's refund policies apply, and You can also send a refund request to [email protected]; We review each request individually. If You are charged twice by mistake, contact Us or Your store; a Google Play purchase that was not added to Your plan is refunded by Google Play automatically within 3 days.
Right of withdrawal. If You are a consumer, the law of Your country may give You a right to withdraw from a purchase within a set period, subject to the exceptions in that law. Nothing in these Terms limits that right. To use it for a Google Play purchase, write to [email protected]; for an App Store purchase, use reportaproblem.apple.com.
Restoring and more than one store. A subscription belongs to the store account that bought it and is linked to Your ParFin account. Use "Restore Purchases" in the Application to link it again. A subscription bought in one store cannot be managed from the other, and buying in a second store starts a second, separately charged subscription.
Changes to paid features. We may add, change or remove features. If a change materially reduces what You paid for during a paid period, We will tell You in advance; You can cancel and send a refund request as described under Refunds.
Apple devices. On the App Store, Your licence to the Application is governed by Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. If that agreement and these Terms differ about that licence, that agreement prevails.
Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by the Company.
The Company has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services.
We may terminate or suspend Your access immediately, without prior notice and, except as stated in this section, without liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if You breach these Terms and Conditions.
Upon termination, Your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
Termination does not cancel a subscription in Your Application Store; cancel it there as described under Subscriptions and Payments. If We end Your access during a paid period and You have not breached these Terms, You can send a refund request as described under Refunds.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the Company or its suppliers be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, loss of data or other information, for business interruption, for personal injury, loss of privacy arising out of or in any way related to the use of or inability to use the Service).
Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer law.
The Service is provided to You "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" and with all faults and defects without warranty of any kind. The Company provides no warranty or undertaking that the Service will meet Your requirements, achieve any intended results, be compatible or work with any other software, applications, systems or services, operate without interruption, meet any performance or reliability standards or be error free.
The laws of the Country, excluding its conflicts of law rules, shall govern these Terms and Your use of the Service. If You are a consumer, this does not remove the protection of mandatory rules of the country where You live.
If You have any concern or dispute about the Service, You agree to first try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting the Company.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
We reserve the right, at Our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material We will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
By continuing to access or use Our Service after those revisions become effective, You agree to be bound by the revised terms. This does not replace any consent required under Price changes.
These Terms are published in English, Turkish, German, Spanish and Italian. If the versions differ, the English version prevails, unless mandatory consumer law requires otherwise.
